Howard Webb is the Executive Director of the American Council on Criminal Justice Training (ACCJT) – 2005 to present.  He is a twenty-year law enforcement veteran and a nationally and internationally recognized law enforcement. 

Experienced Professional in Law Enforcement Executive Leadership and use of force training at a high level. Involved in training individuals in use of force management along with instructing in both the undergraduate and graduate levels within Higher Education to include Security Management, Corrections and Criminal Justice. Instrumental in assisting agencies in developing state-of-the art programs in use of force management to include lethal and less lethal programs which are being used worldwide
